Endovac Animal Health didn’t always go by Endovac Animal Health — it used to be called Immvac. And after undergoing a full-fledged rebrand, they needed a way to inform their nation-wide customer base of veterinarians and producers about the change. Our herd of problem solvers jumped at the task of creating this high-impact direct mail campaign.

Leading with a “new name, same results” message, the mail piece drove awareness of the rebrand and retained product value. Further, it encouraged recipients to head to the website and sign up for a free giveaway and future communications.

After sending the piece to over 8,300 veterinarians and producers across the nation, healthy results began to show. The campaign drove an above-industry-average response rate of 3.7% and attained an influx in web traffic to the site — which could only be attributed to this campaign.
