They say that if something is meant for you, it will come back. For Ann, it was the opportunity to be involved in the agriculture industry and help to move it forward.
Growing up Ann was active in 4-H, showed dairy cattle, participated in the dairy quiz bowl and dairy judging and served as the 2009 Rock County Fair Queen. Ann studied biology and neuroscience at Carthage College, but quickly realized she enjoyed her lab mates more than the research!
Following graduation, agriculture called Ann home when she was named the 69th Alice in Dairyland, kickstarting her marketing career. She became a marketing and PR specialist for the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture prior to spending time as a senior leader in account service at a local agency. Before Ann knew it, she was walking through the Filament doors as an account manager.
When Ann isn’t at work crushing client goals, she’s out tackling her own. You will surely find her on the course perfecting her golf game, in the pool improving her lap time and pushing herself (and others) as a BodyPump instructor at the YMCA.
