C is for Chad,
which also stands for:
Chad thrives on fresh thinking. He can quickly take a client business challenge and turn out an original solution. He’s also a media-buying ninja. A typical day for Chad doesn’t exist. From campaign brainstorming and project leadership to looking at media performance and coaching his teammates, he does it all.
Chad’s passion for the agriculture industry developed on his family’s dairy farm. At just eight years old, he bought his first registered Holstein calf. Not long after, Chad found one of his true skills – dairy judging. His team won the National 4-H Dairy Judging Contest, he talked his way into winning reasons at the National Intercollegiate Dairy Judging Contest and has now coached collegiately for 10 seasons.
Outside of work, you’ll find Chad spending time with his family, doing yard work and gardening. Fun fact: Chad once got caught inside of a live animal trap while his family was milking cows. Don’t worry. It was several years ago…
