V is for Victoria, which also stands for:
As a little girl, Victoria liked to stomp around the kitchen and tell her mom she was tap dancing. This early self-confidence helped convince her mom to sign her up for dance lessons (a hobby she still enjoys), where she proved she could do anything she set her mind to.
She brings that can-do attitude to Filament as an accounting wiz, handling accounts payable and receivable, expense reports and other day-to-day bookkeeping. She can pirouette her way around any spreadsheet and loves finding new methods to streamline processes.
Victoria studied kinesiology at Texas A&M University, where she fell in love with the school’s deeply rooted traditions and culture. Their collective passion for agriculture gave Victoria her first taste of the industry she now calls home. She found her knack for numbers after a role in operations management and decided to crack open her schoolbooks for another bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting.
Outside the office, you can find Victoria in a dance studio, watching a musical or singing show tunes loudly in her car. She’s likely surrounded by her family and friends, too. Her people are her favorite, and she cherishes friendships that feel like family. That’s how we know she fits right in at Filament.
