Courtney was raised in a town of 300 people, so she understands small-town work ethic very well – hence her three college degrees. She loves helping people, being a resource for her team and digging in to learn new things. So, after a 14-year career in health care, it was an easy decision to switch to human resources fulltime.

Her love for doing a little bit of everything rings true in her life outside the office as well. Courtney enjoys working out, going to concerts and festivals, trying new foods and spending weekends on the boat with her husband and three daughters.
