Two minds are better than one. That’s Molly’s philosophy. She’s a master collaborator in all things, working with her teammates to bring creative, out-of-the-box ideas to life. Dedicated, detail-oriented organized, Molly efficiently guides every project from start to finish.

Agriculture is in Molly’s DNA. She grew up working on her uncle’s Registered Holstein dairy farm and later beef operation and was active in 4-H and FFA. She paired her love of agriculture with a degree in life sciences communication and certificates in agriculture business management and digital studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Molly is a life-long Wisconsin sports fan (even naming her dog Packer). When she’s not taking in a sporting event, she enjoys being outside – kayaking and downhill skiing – traveling, reading and spending time with family.
