What happens when you send a Wisconsin girl to the big city? Odds are they’ll come running home (and not just for the cheese). Abby knows this first-hand after working in community relations for the Philadelphia 76ers. While her job was a blast — using the power of sports to create positive change in communities — her roots brought her back to America’s Dairyland.

She switched from hoops to herds in 2017 and hasn’t looked back. Abby’s love for animals started because of her dad’s job at a nature center; she was holding snakes, tarantulas, turtles, bats and lots of other animals since she could walk. Her mom’s side of the family had dairy farms, where she learned that the best cheese curds are ones that squeak.

When Abby’s not at work, you can find her hanging out with her two Mini Goldendoodles, Wally and Winnie, or volunteering, traveling, watching HGTV and mastering Disney songs on the piano. If you can’t tell, Abby is no-doubt a Cheesehead. Name a better combination than cheese curds and the Green Bay Packers; we’ll wait.
