Her passion for equine began after rescuing her first horse, The Big Tee, at age 12, and he’s still with her today.

Mikayla attended college in England before kicking off her career in social media and digital content creation. Of course, she found a way to make it all about horses. Her first job involved traveling the world to cover equine events – bringing copy to life through digital storytelling.

When Mikayla isn’t at her desk, she can be found exploring new places with her husband and dog, Newton, playing soccer, or (you guessed it) riding horses.
